Base Rate

  • Professional Bartending: $100 per hour (4-hour minimum).

Gratuity Options (Choose One)

  • Guest Gratuity (Tip Jar): Allow guests to tip the bartender directly at the event.

  • Hosted Gratuity: A 20% gratuity is added to the final invoice (no tip jar will be placed on the bar).

Optional Enhancements

  • The Essentials Package: $5 per person. Includes ice, disposable cups, straws, napkins, and fruit garnishes.
    (Total calculated based on your final RSVP headcount).

  • Signature Drink Service: $50 per event. Includes the preparation of one custom, pre-batched specialty cocktail or special event shot.

Bar policies & details

    • Alcohol Supply: As a dry-hire mobile bartending service, we do not supply or sell alcohol. The client is responsible for purchasing and providing all liquor, beer, and wine for the event.

    • Mixers : Unless otherwise negotiated, the client is responsible for providing all juices, sodas, and water. We are happy to provide a customized shopping list based on your chosen menu!

  • Please note that the 4-hour minimum applies to active pouring time. We will arrive approximately 1 hour prior to the event start time for setup, and require 30 minutes after the contracted time for breakdown and cleanup.
    This setup and teardown time is complimentary and not billed against your hourly minimum.

    • Our standard rates include travel within a 20-mile radius of Phoenix.

    • Events located outside of this radius will incur a travel fee of $1.00 per additional mile (calculated round-trip).

    • Deposit: A non-refundable retainer of 50% of the estimated total is required to secure your date on our calendar. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your event.

    • Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will forfeit the initial deposit.

Bottle/Can Drinks

We encourage that you select up to five drinks for your event. 2 domestic, 1 import, 1 specialty, 1 seltzer. This creates simplicity in ordering and speed in service

Pre-Batched Drinks

We can craft and pre-batch a cocktail or specialty shot of your choice. They will be served out of a 1 gallon glass dispenser and when it’s gone, it’s gone.

Clear Cups on Purpose

All drinks will be served in clear Solo style cups that vary in size. We will use 2oz, 7oz, and 16oz to serve shots, cocktails, and beers. This is to create visibility and safety for your guests.
